Always smiling with a passion for people, Mike Duley is laser focused on ensuring The Duley Group becomes the number one real estate team in the state by focusing on coaching and training his team members to become the ultimate real estate consultants. If what he and his team have accomplished in just under four years is any indication, they’re well on their way to making this a reality.

As of December 2019, the team had closed 246 units and sold $60 million dollars in volume in Arkansas.

Upon the team’s inception, Mike was the only team member. Today, the Northwest Arkansas based team boasts more than 15 agents and has a dedicated staff committed to creating an exceptional client experience. He’s also partnered with one of the area’s top contractors to form The Regency Group, a development and building company. Additionally, Mike co-founded Covenant First Mortgage, Mainstreet Property Management, Pinnacle Title, and Dogwood Staging and Designs, and serves as a Keller Covered Ambassador and a Bank Board Member.

In spite of the explosive growth, Mike remains humble and hard working. Perhaps it’s because he and his team have one noble goal: to transform lives through home ownership.

Mike lives in NW Arkansas with Cody, his wife of 9 years, and his children Evelyn and Sinclaire. Mike enjoys traveling, college sports, and spending time with family.
