With an extensive background in retail management and customer service, the decision to work in real estate was an easy one. I worked in women’s retail for 13 years; my passion is for people and I truly believe my purpose is to help people. At the end of the day, my happiness comes from the positive impact, big or small, I made on someone’s life that day.

After graduating from the University of Arkansas, I took a corporate retail position in Tallahassee leading a new team and opening a new store. After a year in FL, I moved again to manage a store in Dallas, TX. Another year later, I came back to NWA and managed a store for five years before making the jump into real estate.

I am the ultimate bundle of optimism and positivity; finding the silver lining in tough situations is one of my greatest strengths. If there's a will there is always a way, and I genuinely believe that. I think outside the box when it comes to marketing and negotiating. I'm kind, motivated, loyal and not afraid to stand my ground for my clients.

I grew up in Northwest Arkansas and know the area very well. I've witnessed the growth and truly understand the value of our thriving community. I love the people and atmosphere, and hope to be here serving clients for a very long time.
